Larptom is a digital product delivered instantly as a license key. Because access starts right away, all sales are final once a key has been delivered.
If you were charged twice, or your key never worked and our support could not fix it, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you.
You can cancel weekly or monthly plans at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not refund the current period.
